Seller will notify Buyer promptly of any material delay excused by this Article and will specify the revised delivery date as soon as practicable. In the event of any such delay, there will be no termination and the date of delivery or of performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. In the event of an unexcused and material delay, the parties will mutually agree to an equitable solution.
  • We have the right to cancel any bid at any time.

  • We accept Cashier's Check and Money orders. No Personal checks.
  • As per eBay guidelines, please respond within 3 days or your right to purchase the item may be withdrawn and we will contact eBay and report as Non-Payer.
  • Items will be shipped 1 day after clear payment.
  • BIDDING INTERFERENCE will be reported to eBay immediately!

Shipping
  • We ship worldwide; Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
  • We usually ship EMS, We also ship Fedex which takes 3 buissness days with 90$ over the standard shipping price.
  • International bidders We are not responsible for delays or costs due to your country's customs and policies of importing rules and taxes. These policies are your responsibility to know your country's importing rules and taxes.
  • We pack each item with the maximum caution and care. All the packing materials are part of the shipping fee.
  • We will only combine 2 items per shipment to avoid damage to the pieces we ship.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed after the item is already shipped.
  • We will not ship without a phone number to avoid damage or loss of the items we ship, if phone number is not offered so insurance is a must in case of lost items, otherwise we are not responsible for this risk it will be shipped on the buyer own risk.
  • We don’t ship to PO Box nor Middle East.
  • Shipping Cost:
    a-Shipping to USA $49 each additional item $39.
    b-Shipping to the UK and Canada $97.
    c-Worldwide shipping is $89 each additional item $74.
  • We don’t provide tracking number for Shipments outside USA, except if the order was shipped with Fedex.

Refunds
  • We do guarantee 100% item money back if item(s) not as in pictures.

  • We can fix or exchange Item(s) for you upon your request for something in our inventory at equal value excluding.

  • Item must be returned in its original state or refund will be void. Customer Satisfaction is our Goal.

  • A prior authorization for return must be done customer will have to contact us before returning the item.

  • Returning, item(s) are to be shipped insured in case it got broken.

  • Item refund will be done but shipping costs will never be refunded under any case.

  • All claims and returns must be made within 7 days on receipt of the item purchased.

  • International bidders We are not responsible for broken items due to a careless customs except if insurance was purchased.

  • Broken items refund is Valid only if insurance was purchased.

  • Please Include any documents or any gifts that were sent with item and the external packaging with the stamps on it and the s shipping and the shipper documents and any other files that were included and write on the item “Returned”.
